Christina Marcangelo

Christina Marcangelo is an educator who was diagnosed with celiac disease at 24. She loves to dance and discover new gluten-free recipes from around the world.

Inspired by her experiences as a triplet, shared family birthdays and her family's adjustment to separating gluten-free food, she wrote A Cupcake of Her Own, her first book.
